Is the design really free?
Yes. We prepare two design options for you to review on WhatsApp. There is no payment to request your design previews.
Can I use my own logo or photos?
Yes. Upload your logo, artwork or photos in the form. If you have no logo, share the name and words you want us to use.
Can I request changes before printing?
Yes. We agree the design with you before printing begins. Tell us which preview you prefer and any changes you need.
How are bulk discounts calculated?
Colours and sizes of the same product count together. Each product gets its own bulk discount: 20–49 save 5%, 50–99 save 8%, 100–249 save 10%, 250–499 save 15%, and 500+ save 20%. Delivery is added once to the order and the final fee is confirmed before printing.
Can my shirts come in different sizes?
Yes. Choose the colour, size and quantity for each row. Add another row for a different colour or size, and mix products in the same order. Select “Not sure yet” if you need help. Ask us about sizes outside the listed options before approval.
When do I pay, and how does delivery work?
You pay in full when your items arrive. Nigerian delivery starts from ₦6,000; the exact fee is confirmed before printing. For delivery outside Nigeria, we agree the cost and payment arrangements on WhatsApp.
How long will my order take?
Typically 7–10 working days after design approval. Add your required date so we can confirm what is possible.
